Light Up Liberty
With huge success last year, we are proud to host the 2023 Light Up the Lamp Post Contest. Want to market your business or organization during the holiday season? Decorate a lamp post at Liberty Park as hundreds of people visit the park daily and especially during the holiday season. There’s a limited amount of lamp posts available so the City recommends applicants to apply early to secure their lamp post on a first come, first serve basis. These decorations will be unveiled and lit at the Light Up the Lake event held on Dec. 2, 2023. The City Mayor and Council members will award a blue ribbon and bragging rights to the best in the following themed categories:
Award Categories:
- Christmas Movies
- Holiday Songs
- Florida Christmas
